Course Description

Our Pathways programme is designed to help you improve your literacy and numeracy skills, which are essential for your current or future jobs. By participating in this program, you'll gain confidence in dealing with different organizations and community agencies, and you'll be better prepared for future study or work opportunities. The program is delivered in a fun and active learning environment, and the focus is on improving your literacy and numeracy skills to meet the demands of everyday life, work, and study. Additionally, it will also help you to achieve your future aspirations, by equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your chosen field. This program is tailored to help individuals from all backgrounds and levels to enhance their skills, build their confidence and boost their employability.

Managing money includes budgeting, paying bills, shopping smart and saving for the future. A crucial part of this is paying bills on time and setting aside a portion of income for savings. It requires planning, discipline and smart financial decisions.
Improving workplace literacy and numeracy skills involves training employees to read, write, and perform basic math tasks effectively. It helps employees to understand and interpret information, make informed decisions, and work efficiently.
Preparing for job interviews involves researching the company, practicing answers to common interview questions, and dressing professionally. It helps to build confidence, make a positive impression, and increase the chances of getting the job.
Writing job applications including CV's involves highlighting relevant skills, experience, and education.
Gaining entry into further study or work involves meeting the requirements for the course or job, such as having the necessary qualifications or experience.
Using technology, such as computers, cell-phones, and online bill paying, can make daily tasks more efficient and convenient. It helps to stay organized, stay connected, and save time. It's an essential skill for many jobs and daily life.
Understanding the Road Code and completing Driver Licence Theory involves studying traffic regulations, rules of the road, and road signs.
Improving communication skills involves learning effective speaking and listening techniques, understanding body language, and using appropriate language. It helps to express oneself clearly, understand others better and build stronger relationships.
